Happy New Year to all, and what better way to celebrate than head out to Burrumbeet racecourse for the annual running of the Burrumbeet Cup.
The weather was perfect, with clear skies, no wind, and a top temperature expected of 25°. A huge crowd was in attendance, so finding a shaded spot was difficult, though Carman & Chris managed find the perfect position. With 12 members, and a few friends, (possible members 😉), coming along, it made for a wonderful day indeed.
A couple of winners backed, a picnic enjoyed. Welcome to 2025!
