Australia Day picnic at Eureka Stockade … a cool day, but good company and lots of talking. Many wore red, white and blue: Carmen S and Noreen L made the most of Australia Day with their hats and flags.

Australia Day Picnic 2024 at Eureka Stockade
26 members attending.
It was a very pleasant afternoon with the clouds clearing as members were arriving.
The generous offer of an alternative venue at the Vanderbyle’s was not required!
A day of friendship,relaxation and sharing of “Australian” fare – Anzac slice, Lamingtons, and Vanilla Slice.
1 member’s lunch consisted of Vegemite and cheese sandwich!
A great way to celebrate Australia Day.!
